MWC Legal Group is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced, team-oriented law firm environment. This role combines administrative responsibilities with substantive legal support across the firm’s core practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents and client correspondence
  • Perform administrative office tasks, including answering phones, greeting guests, managing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
  • Manage documents and maintain organized client files
  • Support day-to-day office operations as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a law firm setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent document management and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software

Summer Position

MWC Legal Group is seeking a highly motivated Law Clerk with a strong interest in trusts and estates law. This role offers hands-on experience in a boutique firm focused on sophisticated estate planning and administration matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative office tasks such as answering phones, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and managing files
  • Assist attorneys with legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing client correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and analysis and prepare written memoranda
  • Attend and assist with client meetings, court proceedings, and client calls

Required Qualifications

  • Current 2L law student on track to graduate in the spring
  • Completion of Trusts & Estates coursework
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills

MWC Legal Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced tax professional to support the preparation and filing of personal income tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates. This position works closely with attorneys and paralegals to support the firm’s estate planning, trust administration, and probate practices.

The tax professional will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, utilizing tax preparation software, assisting with electronic filing, and supporting client correspondence related to tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of federal and state individual income tax returns
  • Preparation of fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates
  • Review and quality control of prepared tax returns
  • Use of tax preparation software to prepare and submit electronic filings
  • Preparation of client correspondence related to tax filings and tax-related requests
  • Coordination with attorneys and staff regarding tax planning and compliance matters
  • Maintenance of organized and accurate tax records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
