As we open our doors in Greenfield, WI located at 7115 W. Forest Home Avenue, we’re honored to welcome a new chapter into that story: the clients of Henry P. Fons Law Office, LLC and Fons & Fons, S.C.
A Legacy Built Across Generations
David E. Fons, Sr. was admitted to the Wisconsin bar in 1948, not long after earning his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. He went on to build a respected Milwaukee-area practice rooted in probate law, estate planning, and real estate, the same foundation MWC Legal Group was built on just one year later, in 1949.
His son, Henry P. Fons, joined that practice immediately after graduating from Marquette University Law School in 1979, working alongside his father for nearly three decades. David E. Fons Jr was admitted to the practice of law in 1982 after graduating from Marquette University Law School, and worked alongside his father, as well. His practice has focused on business transactions, probate, estate planning, and real estate matters. In March 2008, Henry formed Henry P. Fons Law Office, LLC, carrying that legacy forward for another generation of clients across estate planning, probate, trust administration, and real estate.
A Trusted Hand-Off
As Henry and David began planning for their own retirement, they faced the same question many of their clients had once brought to each of them: how do you protect something you’ve spent a lifetime building? They looked carefully for a firm that could carry their clients forward with the same personal attention they’d always received.
