Terry L. Campbell, Managing Shareholder
Terry L. Campbell is the managing shareholder at Moertl, Wilkins & Campbell, S.C. and has counseled clients on a wide range of lifetime and estate planning and business planning issues for more than 38 years. Terry focuses his practice in the areas of lifetime and estate planning which includes wills, powers of attorney, trusts and estates, probate and tax planning and preparation. He also has extensive experience with elder law issues, including Title 19/MedicalAssistance planning. In the business areas, Terry has prepared shareholder agreements and contracts, counseled individuals in forming a business and represented individuals buying or selling a business.
Terry is a frequent speaker on lifetime and estate planning issues and has been a featured lecturer at estate and elder law programs held at local colleges, hospitals and retirement homes. He is a member of the Milwaukee County Bar Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Special Needs and Elder Law Section of the Wisconsin State Bar Association, and is the current Chair. He is a member of the Herbert J. Mueller Society, an organization that recognizes advisors who have worked with the Greater Milwaukee Foundation for their charitably-minded clients. He was named the 2019 Greater Milwaukee Foundation Advisor of the Year. He has served as past chairman of the Milwaukee County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service Committee.
Terry received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University and graduated from Marquette University Law School in May, 1979. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Clair Voss, District 2, Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
