Aleina L. McGettrick is an associate attorney at Moertl, Wilkins & Campbell, S.C. and has several years of experience assisting families. Prior to joining MWC, Aleina litigated family law cases and later facilitated trust administrations on behalf of families in her capacity as a trust officer. At MWC, Aleina focuses her practice in the areas of lifetime and estate planning and elder law. Aleina is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Wisconsin Bar Association.
Aleina is a double Marquette graduate; she received her undergraduate degree from Marquette University in 2014 and her juris doctor degree from Marquette University Law School in 2021. During her time in law school, Aleina immersed herself in several areas of pro bono work and various internships, including trusts and estates where she was able to assist in drafting estate plans for families. Aleina earned both the Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Litigation certificates while in law school.
